General description
Coronin-1A (CORO1A) is also called Coronin-like protein A (Clipin-A), Coronin-like protein p57, and Tryptophan aspartate-containing coat protein (TACO). CORO1A is likely a critical cytoskeleton component in highly motile cells that is involved in invagination and forming protrusions of the plasma membrane to facilitate cell movement. CORO1A is expressed in brain, thymus, spleen, bone marrow and lymph nodes.
Immunogen
GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to the C-terminus of human CORO1A.
Epitope: C-terminus
